For more than half a century, Presbyterian Pathology Group (PPG) has provided a full range of anatomic and clinical pathology services to patients and health care providers affiliated with the Novant Health Charlotte market acute care facilities and ambulatory clinics.
PPG delivers excellence in patient care by providing diagnostic accuracy, timeliness in reporting, and effective communication to our referring health care providers and patients. We work in a collaborative manner internally ensuring access to state of the art technologies to provide accurate diagnoses, facilitating the most appropriate therapies and optimal outcomes for our patients.
Each of our pathologists maintain board certification with the American Board of Pathology with a variety of subspecialty certifications. In addition, many of our physicians are leaders in the field of pathology and are active in local, state, and national medical organizations, hospital committees, and other key advisory positions. PPG physicians also contribute time and energy to many local charitable organizations and participate in numerous fundraising events for valued causes in the greater Charlotte community.
